Sanchin is disclosed and explored in my DVD and textbook. The DVD is produced directly by me. The Sanchin textbook is an excellent companion to the DVD. It is 116 paperback pages and contains, in narrative form, the exercises and movements of Sanchin. In addition, the textbook contains numerous lectures on the history of Sanchin, the states of mind of Sanchin and a detailed analysis of the three battles or aspects of Sanchin.
